Michael Furst Biography

Michael Furst, age 62, is President of Furst Commercial Real Estate, Inc., a property management company which had managed over one million square feet of office, retail and industrial properties in California, Arizona, Texas idaho, and indiana.

Michael Furst is a licensed Real Estate Broker in California and has been involved in leasing and acquisitions of commercial property since 1989. Michael Furst served as President of 17 corporations or limited liability companies involved in commercial real estate investments, serving in capacity as the sole General Partner/Operating Member. His responsibilities included the evaluation and procurement of new acquisitions, market research and analysis, investment communications with real estate brokers, contact with local property management for direction with regard to capital improvement and other decision-making assistance which impact the financial operations of the investment. Michael Furst is also an active limited partner in many other properties investments.

Michael Furst holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from San Diego State University in 1981; Masters of Science in Operations & Production Management from San Diego State University in 1982;  Real Estate Brokers license since 1991;  Real Estate Appraiser’s license in 1993. 

Michael resides in Irvine, California.
